Cedara OrthoWorksT
The Cedara OrthoWorksT family of products brings advanced
digital imaging technology to orthopaedics. The modules in this
powerful product family can be used individually as add-ons to any
DICOM-compliant PACS system or together as a complete digital
orthopaedic solution for a hospital or clinic. The Cedara OrthoWorks
modules also enable radiology imaging centers to expand their
services to orthopaedic surgeons and spine specialists.
Planning and Web Planning Modules
Easy-to-use orthopaedic planning and digital templating
solutions simplify pre-operative planning for all standard
orthopaedic procedures. Optionally, these modules include advanced
3D volume rendering software. The planning module resides locally on
the user's PC for surgeons who want to conveniently view and
manipulate images in the Operating Room or in the examination room
with patients. For orthopaedists who need remote access to images,
the web planning module allows them to access digital images via the
Internet.
Cedara OrthoWorks Spine
AnalyzerT
An advanced solution that helps spine
surgeons, orthopaedists, and chiropractors analyze cervical,
thoracic, and lumbar spine mobility, alignment and deformities.
Spine surgeons can use OrthoWorks Spine Analyzer to assist in
planning therapy, such as surgical procedures, and help evaluate

Cedara OrthoWorks Care
ManagerT
A clinical data management system that uses
unique patented technology to help easily capture relevant clinical
parameters during diagnosis, therapy and post-therapy follow-up, and
automatically populate an SQL database. Powerful and intuitive data
mining tools allow users to quickly perform outcome analyses that
can be later analyzed by a statistical package. User-selected data
can be safely shared between users through secure e-mail enabling
exchange and/or centralization of data for multi-center
studies.
Image Acquisition

OrthoWorks helps hospitals and clinics go digital. Compatible with
CR and film digitizers, the image acquisition module offers
easy-to-use acquisition console software for acquiring images. CR
and film digitizer hardware is also available.

redundancy and risk management technology to ensure that patient
data is accurately and safely stored. Data can be pre-fetched or
