Healthline enables a healthcare enterprise to gain the benefits of the entire digital image value chain from acquisition, interpretation, and distribution. By providing the necessary core enterprise-imaging infrastructure; easy integration of acquisition, viewing, and related systems; and results-driven value creation services.

*DICOM-Compliant - HealthE PACStore is a DICOM 3.0 network Storage Service Class Provider (SCP) and a Storage Service Class User (SCU). This allows DICOM-Compliant modalities and Viewing Stations to store, query and retrieve images from the archive.

*Virtual Storage - HealthE PACStore utilizes the Healthline Object Manager to provide storage virtualization. Single or multiple copies (for redundancy) of images can be stored transparently anywhere that storage exists. All type of storage devices are supported (JBOD, NAS, SAN, DLT, optical, etc.)

*HIS / RIS bi-directional interface - HealthE PACStore provide a fully bi-directional HL7 interface, which allow results to be posted to the RIS / HIS. In addition, Worklist information can be sent to the modalities to eliminate manual entry of patient demographic data.

*Cedara Workstation family support - Cedara is an industry leader in providing state-of-the-art diagnostic and clinical viewers for Radiology. Cedara provides imaging software technology to a long list of multinational healthcare solution providers. Cedara Viewers are certified to work with HealthE PACStore.

HMI DQP Worklist / PACS Broker

The HealthE PACS Worklist / Broker acts as the interface and interpreter between the Meditech® HIS and your PACS/Imaging system to provide modalities with both Worklist and Query (Patient demographics) information. It receives, stores, coverts and dispatches HL7, DICOM and other custom formatted messages, integrating healthcare applications, imaging modalities, PACS, image archives and clinical repositories.

*Modality Worklist - Provides Worklist to DICOM modalities to ensure accurate patient demographic data for each study.

*Modality Perform Procedure Step - Indicates when the imaging procedure has been completed. It provides CFIND SCP and WORKLIST (NGET) SCP DICOM services.

*Pre-Fetch Relevant Prior Studies - Works in conjunction with the DQP Workflow option to automatically retrieve prevalent priors and move them to DICOM compliant viewers.

*Status Updates - Booking and modification of exam orders with status messaging automatically to and from the RIS/HIS. Support HL7 ORM Transactions

*Patient Information Verification and Changes - Automatically verifies and utilizes the most recent patient demographic information from the HIS/RIS. Support HL7 ADT transactions.

*Multiple Inputs and Outputs - Accepts inbound message streams from multiple HIS/RIS and allows the re-directing of the original data streams to multiple destinations.

HMI DQP HL7 Interface

The HealthE PACS HL7 Interface provides a fully functional HL7 interface, which provides the capability to seamlessly integrate with HL7 compliant systems. Our HL7 interface is bi-directional and supports re-direction of the inbound message stream to multiple destinations.

*Status Updates - Communicates changes in exam orders and status automatically to and from the RIS/HIS. Support HL7 ORM Transactions

*Patient Information Verification and Changes - Automatically verifies and utilizes the most recent patient demographic information from the HIS/RIS. Support HL7 ADT transactions.

*Multiple Inputs and Outputs - Accepts inbound message streams from multiple HIS/RIS and allows the re-directing of the original data streams to multiple destinations.

*Supports HL7 Message - Version 2.1 through 2.3. ADT, ORM and ORU in both inbound and outbound modes, including Staff messages for user consistency.

The HealthE PACStore is a web-enabled, truly DICOM-compliant, archiving solution with a distributed system architecture. Through a true understanding and implementation of intelligent workflow, image availability, and enterprise distribution, it is designed to meet the evolving performance and redundancy requirements of the healthcare enterprise.

Grow your archive solution from a single server PACS archive to a regional image repository. HealthE PACStore provides all the advantages of digital image management at a low entry cost and allows you to start small and scale up to meet the changing needs of the clinic, department, enterprise or region.

*Web-based Maintenance and System Administration - This easy to use and user friendly interface provides remote control and diagnostic capabilities that reduces service costs.

*Site-Specific Installation and User Management - is performed through the web-based system configuration interface making HealthE PACStore easy to deploy and maintain and reducing both implementation costs and time. Typical systems are ready to receive and display images in less than two weeks.

*DICOM 3.0 Support - Is extensive, refer to the DICOM Conformance Statement for details.

*Storage of Multi-Media and non-DICOM Data Objects - For example Microsoft Word documents, EXCEL spreadsheets,, images and video of all types can be stored and retrieved. This allows consolidation of information storage and reduces storage and server costs.

*Uses Commercially available Database - Provides robust DICOM indexing implemented on an easy to maintain MS/SQL database engine.
